Update




Do you ever have that blah feeling? My cold lingers and so I haven't been able to train as I would like which also brings on the blahs. My daughter came for the weekend (why is it when people think your going to die they feel the need to visit?) so even though I didn't feel good I pushed my self to do things with her. We spent some of the time playing tourist. Such as Friday night I packed a picnic dinner and we went to the beach for sunset. I must say it was a beautiful sunset (see pic above).

But I just feel blah...blah... I slept in today hoping the extra hour sleep would help. But nope... blah...so I have a call in to my oncologist to have blood drawn to make sure everything is in balance. Ugh. I'm going at lunch so no swim today... blah.

So my plan is to run tonight after work!

Yeah I understand the blahs.

Spend time with family and chill out until this thing blows over, it will make training more enjoyable when you get back to it.

Yep, I think everyone has had a week like this (mine was definitely this week, too!). Way to hang in there, so many people would have let this beat them already. But you have Kona waiting for you.

And again with the pictures, seriously, you should send this stuff into magazines!

don't worry about the blahs. a week of rest here and there won't hurt you. consider this a "recovery" week!

Well with that sunset pic, it's hard for me to find the blahs there! Come up to the great white north..it was 42 degrees yesterday. Today it's supposed to hit a whopping 60 yipeeee. I wish I was somewhere warm!

The blahs are the worst because there's no prescribed way to get rid of them. You just have to work through them (or do what I did and just spend a week being lazy, but I don't recommend that!)

You're so motivated! I hope you feel in tip-top shape soon!
