Sourdough Deli Rye





This was my first attempt to make Sourdough Deli Rye.  It came out great.  Perhaps the only thing I would change was the Caraway seeds.  They were sprinkle on after the egg wash we applied.  




The crumb was good and yielded a nice texture.




I will be making this again but maybe in a couple of load pans.
