For my friends Loubob and Cliff here is a picture of the hibiscus in full bloom in front of my house.
Today was a tennis ball run day. There was a nice breeze from the east with the temp at 68* when I left the house. I did my usual thru the wood and tried to add an extra mile since I felt pretty good. But as I started on the 8th mile one of my neighbors stopped me to ask me a few questions so I was a little late and I could only add a half of a mile. O well. I'm planning on swimming at lunch time and hopefully get to the weight room tonight.

I love the hibiscus, grat photo. I remember a beautiful movie named "The groundhog day" where everyday was.....the same day!
Gee, Thanks! I can only grow 'em in the house.
Can you educate me... What is a tennis ball run??? :)
Beautiful flowers!
Hibiscus is my official flower.
BTW, winter as of today is considered over in Phoenix. 106 days without rain and temps heading into the high 70, low 80's.
Mistress last night was even telling me to bust out the sunscreen for my training, gettting a tan already.
BTW Jen, a tennis ball run is a polite way to say Fartlek (pronounced Fart-Lick)
actually a tennis ball runis a fartlek run where I use the ball to bounce ahead of me and speed up to catch it then slow down....I have even had to go chase the ball when it takes an odd bounce or I don't catch it...it causes you to speed up and slow down thus fartlek. it is even better when you have a partner to run with and you can make them work really hard ....
Not funny oldman. I wish it snow in Florida :)
Happy Groundhog Day to you too! It sounds like your training is going really well. Way to go.
ah, Florida -- the promised land.
Happy ground hog day! six more weeks of winter..
Six more weeks of winter? Are you sure? I heard that groundhog is a notorious L-I-A-R.
The flowers are pretty, do they smell good too?
I have always found that Phil is a very truthful groundhog and better predictor than our local weatherman.
The hibiscus have no smell, unfortunately since I have them in the front of my house and in a hedge along my pool cage.
Keep up the good work »
best regards, nice info » » »
